
# defect patterns


Naprintal sem polje +1 ter -1 defektov, med katerimi se naj bi ustvarile defektne linije, kot v temu članku:

Linije sem dobil tako, da sem uporabil matplotlib funkcijo plt.streamplot(). Ta funckija, poleg tega, da nariše linije na trenutni graf, tudi returna linije.
Te linije sem nato pretvoril v gwl za Nanoscribe.

plt.streamplot() deluje tako, da polje razdeli na n x n polji in v vsakem polju integrira eno točko z Runge Kutta 4. reda naprej in nazaj. Tako dobi linije delcev, ki bi potovali po tem polju. Ko so linije preblizu eno izbriše (ne vem točno po kakšnem algoritmu).
Ta celotna metoda daje kar ok rezultate, vendar je ponekod še vedno preveč prostora med linijami. Poleg tega pa je plt.streamplot() zelo pocasen ko je parameter density velik (10 - 50).
V prihodnosti bi bilo dobro napisati svojo implementacijo
